Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, policies, and expectations for using Black Limo LAX transportation services:

1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time without incurring a charge.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full fare of the scheduled trip—no exceptions.
  • Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable if a prepaid booking is canceled.
  • For charges over $500, a valid photo ID matching the name on the credit card is required.

2. Payment Options

We accept:

  • Major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
    • A 3.0% credit card fee applies to all card transactions.
  • Alternative payment methods: Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App (based on driver availability)

3. Driver Notice

Please note:

  • Our drivers are independent chauffeurs who use their own vehicles.
  • Respect is mutual—our chauffeurs are professionals and must be treated as such.

4. Delayed Flights

  • It is your responsibility to notify Black Limo LAX or your assigned driver of any flight delays.
  • You can call or text us at 818.306.6556, or email us using free airport Wi-Fi.
  • If delays are 1–2 hours, we will do our best to adjust schedules or dispatch a different driver.
  • We are not liable for flight delays, and our drivers may have other scheduled trips.

5. Gratuity / Tip

  • Gratuity is often pre-added for prepaid trips or if another person paid for the ride.
  • This eliminates the need for you to tip the driver at the end of the ride unless you wish to do so additionally for exceptional service.

6. Waiting Time

  • For domestic flights, the included wait time is 30 minutes after landing.
  • For international flights, the included wait time is 1 hour after landing.
  • After the included wait time, a $50 waiting fee will apply.
  • If delays exceed the wait time without communication, the driver may leave, and you may be charged the full fare.

7. Hourly Charter Bookings

  • Hourly bookings are only valid within the local county.
  • For out-of-county or long-distance charters, a different rate will apply. Please contact us for a custom quote.

8. Cleaning Fee

  • A cleaning fee will be charged in cases of:
    • Spilled drinks or food
    • Pet hair or mess
    • Any unusual dirtiness caused by the passenger
  • The amount will be determined by the driver, who will communicate it politely.

9. Pet Policy

  • Pets must be transported in crates or kennels.
  • Service dogs may sit on the vehicle floor if placed on a blanket.
  • A $50 cleaning fee will apply if pet hair or mess is left behind.
  • Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with a pet.
